What is eVisa to Oman

Oman eVisa is an electronic visa introduced in 2018 by the Omani authorities with the aim to facilitate the entire process of visa application for certain travelers wishing to travel to Oman for short-term purposes.
We can distinguish two types of electronic visas available for Oman, i.e., single-entry and multiple-entry visas. Depending on the selected visa type, one can stay in Oman for between 10 and 30 days, while the validity of the visas also differs.
Both types of Oman eVisa cover only business and tourism-related activities and cannot be used for any other purpose.
Eligible travelers applying for an Oman visa online need to complete a very intuitive and straightforward 3-step application process involving filling out the short application form, covering the processing fee, and receiving the visa approval via email.
